We ship internationally from Vietnam and offer tracked shipping through Epacket services (Small packages only). So please notice these few things before order from Green Frog Crochet.
International orders outside US, UK: You can order only maximum 4 yarn kits per order to get minimum shipping fee. If you are going to order more than 4 kits, please make 2 separated orders!
The processing time is about 3 to 5 days. Estimated arrival times after an item has been shipped are:
- US, UK, Canada: 10 – 20 business days but can extend to 1 month+ in rare cases.
- International orders: 2 weeks – 1 months but can extend to 3 months in rare cases.
Tracking will be provided after the order is shipped. Tracking will be activated once the parcel arrived in the destination country.
- USPS tracking with orders from USA.
- Canada Post tracking with orders from Canada.
- Australia post tracking with orders from Australia.
- Royal Mail tracking with orders from UK and Worldwide.
TAX and VAT:
- The prices on our website are in US dollar. Prices are NOT INCLUDED TAX and VAT.
- With buyers from UK, Canada, Australia: the total fees are included VAT and TAX, in usual, you don’t have to pay any extra fees when receive the parcel.
- With EU buyers: Please note that you HAVE TO pay VAT and Import taxes when you received the orders. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this!
- With International orders: Please note that you might have to pay VAT and Import taxes when you received the orders.
We are not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to account and pay for them. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this!
We will offer either replacement or refund ONLY if the order is lost, as in:
- The order shows being stuck in the same facility for 4+ months.
- The order shows as untrackable or lost.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received the package, we will not be able to refund or replace the package right away, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either:
- send out the order again with another charge for shipping cost (the same as the original order – we will invoice you)
- refund the order amount minus shipping cost
Please keep in mind that we are not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at the delivery services!
